I am a professor emeritus at Olin College, Principal Data Scientist at PyMC Labs, and the author of Think Python, Think Bayes, Think Stats and other books related to computer science and data science.
I also wrote Probably Overthinking It, which presents data science topics to a general audience. Is partly based on my blog, also called called Probably Overthinking It.

In 2019-20 I was a Visiting Professor at Harvard University. Previously I taught at Wellesley College and Colby College, and in 2009 I was a Visiting Scientist at Google, Inc.
