End of semester wrap up:

1) final evaluation packet, chapter 7, 8 or 9, with self-eval:
   soft deadline Tuesday 9 December,
   hard deadline Friday 12 December, 4pm (beginning of the
   non-existent final assessment).

2) check everything, including a clean and easy-to-find PDF,
   into your repository
   hard deadline Friday 12 December, 4pm
   (I will do an update at that time, and that is what I will
    evaluate)

   file name = yourlastname08compmod.pdf   (all lower case)
   
3) upload your book to Lulu.com

   Follow instructions at

http://www.lulu.com/en/products/paperback/?cid=en_product_portal

Select "Keep it private" (you will be able to send me a URL)

Select "U.S Letter", "Perfect Bound", and "Black and White Printing"

Upload the book in PDF.  The PDF settings in my Makefile should
play well with Lulu.  Let me know if there are any problems.

Design your cover.  Using the cover wizard is easy, but the options
are limited.  You can upload your own cover in PDF, but it can be
tricky to get it right.

At the end of the process, there will be a private URL for your
book.  Email it to me and I will order two copies, one for you,
one for me.  Let me know where you want your copy delivered.

Be sure to let your family and friends know where they can
order their copies!
